My goal is to make fitness fun and simple
Hello! my name is Barik.
My interest for fitness and health started after my final season of college football. Although I was always working out and active because of sports, I never really understood the importance of it. Once football was done I started to enjoy the college life...a lot..putting on so much weight. After I graduated I decided to get back to where I was while playing football. I decided to learn more about nutrition, fitness and work my way back into the gym. Few months later I started seeing the results I wanted to see. Down 35 lbs and feeling great! From then I knew I wanted to help others feel how I felt.​

Few years later here I am! A certified personal trainer and passionate about helping people with their health and fitness goals. I want to help you fall in love with the process, the progress, fall in love with the small wins each day, and fall in love with YOURSELF. It will make your end goal so much better.
